Shipping Policy
All orders shipped within the United States are shipped using only reputable couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS and U.S. Mail).
Boogiebodies.com will supply tracking numbers where possible.
The actual amount of the shipping is displayed at the time of order, and that is the amount that will be billed.
Return Policy
Every attempt is made to have a "common sense" return policy. If you disagree with this policy, or you feel something is missing, please contact us at adam@boogiebodies.com.
Before any returns will be accepted, you must contact us at adam@boogiebodies.com , to request a Return Authorization Number.
Returning a
Defective Item
If an item ordered at Boogiebodies.com
is defective, Boogiebodies.com will accept the return within 5 days of
the date the order was invoiced. Boogiebodies.com may either repair,
replace, exchange or refund the item. If an item is found to be
non-defective the customer will be informed promptly and will be billed
for shipping costs and labor.
Returning a
Non-Defective Item
Boogiebodies.com impose a strict
policy on the returning of non-defective items. The customer will have 7
days to return the item, at the customers expense. Returns are subject
to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will be in the form of store credit
which can be used on our website, Boogiebodies.com.
All items being returned must be 100% complete, unused and must be in their original packaging. All manuals and other materials that came with the item must be included in the original packaging, as provided by the manufacturer. A return may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee if any items included in the original shipment are missing from the returned package. Items returned that are damaged, altered, or improperly packaged will be rejected. It is recommended that you insure any return shipments. Boogiebodies.com is not responsible for damage caused during shipment.
Returns may be rejected for any of the reasons below:
• Returned item improperly packaged
• Standard
certification labels removed (UL listing, capacity, brand name, EAN
code)
• Serial number of returned item does not match serial number
of item purchased
• Item and/or packaging defaced or damaged by
consumer/shipper
° In the event that an item was damaged during
shipment, please contact your shipper. We recommended that you purchase
insurance for return shipments.
•Evidence of tampering (broken
security seals, etc.)
